How do I sell my house to my 2 sons as 49% each and i hold onto 2%
Camperdown, NSW 2050 is located within the Sydney local government area, part of the Sydney (Greater) Region in New South Wales.
I own this one house outright. No loan. I would like my 2 sons to have 49% each and i hold onto 2% .
I have other properties with my husband 50% which in future will also be sold to our 2 sons.
Can you advise me of the tax, stamp duty? Capital Gains will not be a problem, as the Tax office owes me $400,000 approx thru my years of negative gearing.
