I live on Banksia Terrace, the neighbours are quiet and friendly, the traffic on Canning Highway cannot be heard unless you stand outside, walking distance to Swan river, (i walk to work in the cooler months, is only a 30 minute walk) public transport right outside your door. Cheap taxi from the City, Northbridge or even Burswood. Vic Park shopping centre so close. If i could afford to buy in this street i would!!!
