"Fantastic Location"
I have just listed a home for sale on this street and have been quite impressed by the homes in the area. I am guessing they were built around the 1960's with hardwood frames. These homes are very sturdy and extremely termite resistant. Many have been renovated over the years. A well located street very ideally located a few hundred meters from the high school and exceptional public transport to the city. My only negative would be that a few housing commission homes could mow their lawns a little more frequently.
