"Best of both worlds"
A very tightly held street in Coorparoo Heights that has seen extensive renovations and new executive homes (however none have sold as nobody seems to move, just rebuild and stay another generation)
Great for

- Bushland on your doorstep
- Birds and wildlife a plenty
Not great for
- Cost as per all inner city areas
