Reviews of Pelham Street, Coorparoo
"Convenient, quiet and friendly"
Lived in Pelham street for a number of years, great street in terms of location and the park is a great community meeting point for events and parties. There are no units in the street and I think this has led to many people investing significant money into renovations- don’t think you can over capitalise here.

"fantastic street full of beautiful renovated Queenslanders"
Great street, friendly neighbours with a village feel (full street Xmas parties each year in Majestic Park) close to cafes, schools and transport . In the last five years the entire street has undergone a massive transformation, there are now only 1 or 2 unrenovated houses so it is a great, perhaps expensive place to buy.

"Quiet, beautiful and breezy"
Pelham street is my favourite street in Cooparoo. It has the beautiful Majestic Park at one end and at the other end has access to some of the best cafes and restaurants in Coorparoo. The street is starting to take off as more poeple seem to be renovating some of the orginal Queenslanders in the area.
