Canterbury not one of the best after all?
Canterbury, VIC 3126 is located within the Boroondara local government area, part of the Melbourne (Greater) Region in Victoria.
After reading a whole bunch of reviews in Canterbury, and looking at Canterbury's CityScore of 62.64, it's very interesting to see that while house prices are through the roof, the score that people are giving their streets is quite low!
I'm very interested to see what happens over time with suburbs like this and Toorak. While there seems to be such high demand for these suburbs to live in, people actually already living here seem to have problems with street.
So what's your opinion on why Canterbury has such a low CityScore?

So after a whole bunch of more reviews, the score for Canterbury has jumped up to 75.34 which is now one of the better suburbs in all of StreetAdvisor. The people have spoken! I also think house prices will continue to rise, so it will be very interesting to see people's perceptions of Canterbury in the next 12 months. What are your thoughts?

Hmm.. this is interesting. I'd say Canterbury is around the 70-80's mark. I think the house prices will continue to rise, but this overheated market is definitely starting to hurt :(
