For a retiree from Brisbane. Moving to Canungra, Witheren area. Any tips?

If you haven't moved already, do it. Canungra is a great community. Lots of people visit the area on the weekend - the cafes are very popular. There are lots of little shops open on a weekend too.
The overall feel of the area is warming and relaxed.
