Both are great suburbs and very handy to train station. Cardiff has a range of great schooling and parks and is very family friendly

Both Cardiff and Cardiff Heights are popular areas for home owners in our Region. We find that prices here are a little lower than Warners Bay but still its only a 5 minute drive to Lake Macquarie making it ideal for water sports lovers. Charlestown Square shopping center also is 5 minutes also and the major retail and emplotyment hub of the area.
