"Close to everything"
Neat and tidy street with a nice view from below of the Mitcham foothills. Plenty of trees make it a visually appealing street with a few well looked after homes and including new houses in the Pasadena retirement village. The old timber framed houses are slowly being bulldozed! Mainly filled with retirees, erderly people and families. Close to Pasadena shopping complex, Marion complex, beach, city, hills, walking trails and public transport.

- Can get abit busy traffic wise peak hour times but hopefully will change as the council gets their act together
