"Good street for investors"
With many family members of mine living in this street over the past 20 years although there are quite a few unit blocks, they do appear to be easily rented out and have a low vacancy rate.

- Close to shops
- Central suburb & ideal for uni students
- Popular area for renting
Not great for
- One end is slightly industrial

"Location, location, location!"
A perfect spot to live... close to transport but not too close to noisy traffic, close to shops ( walking distance ), quiet, safe and friendly. An upcoming quality suburb that is quickly gaining popularity with home buyers, renters and investors.
Great for
- Close to Flinders Uni, Marion shops, Castle Plaza
- Pleasant leafy suburb

- Needs more street appeal
