"Quiet corner of the city"
This is a lovely little street. It is near Rundle Mall and Hutt Street, fabulous shopping and restaurants. But it is also near the serene natural beauty of the Botanic Gardens, and the lovely parks and exercise trail by the race course. The apartments are clean and well maintained, and their management is very responsive to tenant issues.
