I like it here because i can pretty much get to the CBD on foot. Yet is quiet at night.

"Incredible convenient location"
Right around the corner from the central markets, coles, and Chinatown. So many fantastic restaurants close by and easy access to TAFE, universities and the parklands.
City connector bus is just around the corner. Great place to live.
