Right around the corner from the central markets, coles, and Chinatown. So many fantastic restaurants close by and easy access to TAFE, universities and the parklands.

City connector bus is just around the corner. Great place to live.

I moved down to Adelaide from Sydney. It's such a fantastic lifestyle in comparison. All the conveniences of living in the city centre with massively more affordable property and rental prices. People are also much more friendly; neighbours introduce themselves, cars stop to let you across the street even when there aren't any zebra crossings.

Central markets is such a delight, rundle mall is very cosmopolitan, and I feel safe walking around the CBD at any time of the day.

And there's just so much greenery, the parklands are moments away, every intersection seems to have a park, and there's also the botanical gardens.

There's so much great food!

There's free public transport in the city centre and tram links out to the beach!

And on top of all that TAFE and multiple universities are all just around the corner.

I really couldn't recommend it more.
