"Bush Outlook from each home"
A small quiet street, with houses on one side of the road, and bush on the other, Chelmsford Avenue has a very homey atmosphere. A dead-end street, is also has the benefit of a walkway through to a local oval, which residents use as a short-cut route to Artarmon station. The only shadow on this street, is the huge Channel Nine transmission tower that dominates the skyline to the east.
