Please advise on Do's & Don'ts in Chelsea Heights.

My husband has been offered a position as a GP in Chelsea Hts. Can anyone give me advice as to where he ought to find an apartment to live, where to buy a car and what do's & don'ts to be aware of? We would appreciate any local advice we can get. Many thanks, everyone.
