Looking for an accessible & nice hotel in Chelsea.

Hey there... My 6 year old and I will be staying in Chelsea for the Thanksgiving Day Parade. We will be on foot and up very early. Looking for a 3 to 5 star hotel that is close to bakeries and coffee shops but also very close to the Macy's area...? Any help would be so appreciated.
