"A Rare Find"
The suburb is bordered largely by the Water and a Golf course. Accessed only via 1 intersection off Bates Drive. The Primary School is quite well reguarded and the Shopping centre retains that Village atmosphere and is appropriately located to service all the essential needs.
Largely still undiscovered although prices are increasingly reflecting the quality of location and services. Bus transport is available for communting to the quality high schools in the area. Approximately 10 minutes from Cronulla beach.
Entry into this market at the right level could be a sound investment.
