"Really quiet, but so convenient for shopping/transport"
This is a great place to live. It is a very settled population who value the peace and quiet of this suburb. The shops at Garden City are 1 minute from home and the city is so close. the beaches at Freo are really handy and the freeway and train are just minutes away. This suburb has it all - great schools, hospitals, services, the lot.
