"Quiet well kept street."
I lived here for a while and found it to be a nice street with not too much activity. The people were nice if you happened to meet on the way out and mostly the gardens were neat and tidy. As a shiftworker, I didn't get out to much during the day but it suited me. It was a quick drive to the shops and not too far to the railway station either. I often walked to the nearby oval and walked the dogs at all hours and never felt a safety risk.
