"Best Of Both Worlds"
This Street is fantastic with so much on offer. Local Shopping Center at one end with A park on the waters edge at the other. Public Transport is very easily accessible. I have met so many lovely residence in this street. Also has a School near the shops. This street really holds the best of opportunities.

"Great area handy to everything provided you have a car but the bus service runs down the street and it's not far to the railway but far enough not to hear the trains. Great living by the lake and river and very quiet at night. I love it here."
Good neighbors.
The only complaints I have are;
Rev heads spinning their wheels at the intersection when the road is wet.
Continuous patchwork on the road surface near the shops and school - needs re-doing every time it rains.
Telstra. Could not provide broadband and could not even provide a dial up connection due to completely overloaded local exchange. I ended up using Virgin Broadband with the new 3G wireless network and saving money too
