"Too many hoons at night, but some BIG houses."
Church Road in Templestowe is basically two big hills joined together...and therefore is a very big speed trap. While there are some nice homes, too many people speed here. I challenge you to drive down Church Rd and not see skid marks covering it, as young kids often do doughnuts late at night. It's very frustrating.
There are some pretty large homes here however, and some of them are very nice. The house at the bottom of the hill between Church and Reynolds is a monster! I think it's 327 Church Rd...I have actually walked through it at inspection, and all i can say is that it's one of the most impressive I have ever seen.
Bottom line...I wouldn't live here because there are better streets so close by like Sarah Crescent or Serpells Road.
