Clapham Road, Hughesdale, VIC 3166

Clapham Road runs in a North / South direction linking Willesden Rd up to Neerim Rd. Essentially stretching over two blocks it has a lot going within a small area. To the South on the corner of Willesden Rd is the Greek Orthodox Church and the Greek Private School, now renamed - Oakleigh Grammar, which is rapidly improving and getting excellent VCE results.
The street has a mixture of Californian Bungalows, older style apartment blocks (1970's) and late 1980's homes. The street can swell with traffic during school drop off and pick up times, also during Sunday church hours. Parking restrictions have been posted in the street to ease access for traffic coming through during the busy periods. Outside of these times the street is largely quite, though drivers do use it to bypass the intersection at Warrigal and Dandenong Roads.
Located within easy walking distance to Chadstone Shopping Centre and Oakleigh Centro as well as and both Hughesdale and Oakleigh train stations.
