"Nestled between Grange Drive and Heritage Way"
It's a quiet street, with quick and easy access in and out of the estate.
With nearby footpath to Kelletts Road & Lakesfield Drive and a park with kids playground.
Internet speeds are very fast and it's ultra-rare to have any electricity interruptions.
Most (if not all) homes are minimum 1/3 acre and landscaped. All gardens and properties are well maintained, with a footpath on only one side of the street used frequently for dog walkers - keeping an eye on your property too!
Easy car parking with paved parking spaces in front of each property. Most houses have large driveways for multiple cars to park.
Neighbours are very friendly, always happy to have a chat or help you out - it's a close-knit part of Carrington.

- Access to shops is almost certainly a car trip away
