"great family estate"
Grange Drive is in the prestigious Carrington Estate. One entrance means local traffic only. Plenty of playgrounds and large size blocks give you plenty of space. The location is great. And most of all, it's affordable!

"A piece of Heaven"
Situated in the exclusive Carrington Estate, this is a pearl of a street, with plenty of recreational areas and only one entrance into the estate it is very quiet! Ideal for families!

Surely one entrance to anything is cause for alarm, not a feature. What if there was a car accident there, you'd all be stuck in the estate until it was cleared up.
