""Ideal place to live""
I have lived in clarke road more than 3 years now and I absolutely fall in love with this place.
On a safe and quiet road situated within walking distance to both Spring Valley Primary School & Spring Valley Reserve plus easy access to the Westall Road and Springvale Road, it's in a fabulous position. Public transport is excellent every 15 mins during peak hours to Westall train station.
The best thing I like about this place is during festive season you can see fireworks display on your door step with your family.

I have lived in Clark road for about 2 years and am realy pleased with the environment along with its friendly, safe and quality living style. the area actually caters for all types of living... from relaxing golfer to those who enjoy spending together as a young family.

I have lived in clarke road for more than 3 years now and absolutely fall in love this place.
Public transport is very frequent, close to a primary school which recently upgrading by the government to build extra new building. I also love the Spring Valley Reserve park with BBQ facilities, safe and clean. Traffic at night is very quite which mean I always have good night sleep. Location wise is perfect, you can use either westall road or springvale road and then connect to M1 to city or princess highway all the way to city. Another thing is I love shopping at IKEA with the new IKEA shopping mall which going to be completed end of 2010 around the corner of westall road and princess highway. I can go shopping everyday at IKEA in 5 mins.
