Been living in the area for close to 2 years. It's a quiet peacefull area with good friendly neighbours. With school, parks and childcare nearby its the perfect place for a family. Given it's quite qualities, retirees may find this good too. Theres a few fitness centres if you know where to go. We normally go to the suburb nearby in Dingley to play squash.
It's about a 15min drive to edithvale for the beach, southland, dfo, less than 10mins drive to get to springvale station/springvale central for grocery shopping. I'm actually living there with my fiance [so yes we are a couple] and I would recommend it to other couples if they are not that big on the night life because if they are, probably a inner suburb near the city is more suited.
