Please respond for area safe or not

My neighbours previously lived in Clarkson and they said they didn't feel safe. As they are from South Africa and say that then I believe them - they should know! Hope this helps.

Now there is old Clarkson and new Clarkson (Sommerly). Old Clarkson was an area inhabited by Department of Housing and people from lower socio economic background, the crime rate is higher than average. Sommerly on the other hand is new, clean and has average crime rate. It is mostly populated by middle class families. Average house is about 450K. Long term I think Clarkson will bring a nice increase in values. If you can afford to send your children to a private school you may consider it, otherwise go to Mindarie, you will pay more but you will get access to a much better school and overall lifestyle.Hope this helps.
