How is the rental value in Clarkson?

I live next to 2 private rentals. One 3x2 and one 4x2. I've lived there 5 years. They are private rentals and there have always been good quality tenants living there, and they have never been left empty for more than a couple of weeks in between.

As for rental value:
At the moment for a 3x1 your looking at $330 per week.
For a 4x2 prices start from around $410 a week.

At a guess I'd say $500 a week for basic 3 bed

Hi Emily, there are quite a few rentals in the estate agent window (always hi demand due to the mining in WA) but all my neighbours are home owners. Plenty of people commute to the city by car and train from here.
