"One of the best streets in Somerly (Clarkson)"
Have lived here almost 4 years, and love it. Very friendly neighbourhood. Apart from slight traffic noise at peak times (which will improve when train and freeway extensions completed) the street is extremely quiet. It is surrounded by beautiful park lands, and shops and transport are within walking distance. Train station is 5 minutes walk away. Beach is 5 minutes drive away.
Would highly recommend it to anybody wanting to live in Somerly.

"Great street."
Very quiet apart from the odd bit of traffic. Close to shops and train station. Handy for everything. Some gorgeous parks in the area. Lovely place to live

Have friends here who love it.
Great area for everyone. Near to schools and shops, and around 5 mins to the beach. Will be greatly improved when the train line is extended.

"Up and coming Suburb, close to everything you need."
Loads of family parks/BBQ areas, kids play areas. Great for families. Train, schools, shops right on your doorstep and beach 5 minutes away. Somerly (new estate) Fresh, bright lovely place to live.

I know there is Somerly primary school. Haven't heard anything good about the high school though.
Does anyone know what are the retirement village is like?There is one showing up on internet near coast in Perth?There are some showing up to rent or buy..Are they easy to obtain as a rental?Is there waiting lists to rent or buy them?I have came across them on property searches and it maybe of interest to my family in the future..So any feedback or help would be greatly appreciated..Thank you.

Great street. Lots of nice parks around the area. Great public transport. Close to Schools and retail. Excellent position.
