Does the East end of Vincent st Park Beach flood?

I lived in Ocean Parade for quite a few years and it never flooded there. Vincent st is behind that area and I never heard of this area flooding to this day. Quite a few years back there was a flood in Coffs and the Motel up from the showground was flooded out and this is because the drain that ran under the main road there couldn't take the amount of water that came down in that hit. I believe Council has corrected this problem now. Always a good idea to ring Council's Health and Building Dept to find out regarding a flooding area.
