Moving from Gold Coast to Coffs. I am looking forward to less hot summers. Are there any particular suburbs in the area of Bonville, Boyambee etc that get really quite hot in summer? Our son will be attending school in Toormina, so we are looking at renting near Toormina. Apparently Sawtell is quite upmarket and I do love it there but lots of old rentals?? Any recommendations for good areas to rent would be very appreciated.
