Coffs Harbour, NSW 2450 is located within the Coffs Harbour local government area, part of the Mid-North Coast Region in New South Wales.
Looking at purchasing land in the new estate (Elements) in Coffs Harbour. We have heard that the smell can be bad a times because of the dump is over the hill. Is this true? Is there anything else we should know about the area?

The tip smell is only on the highway.
Many happy owners love the estate.
Knock on their doors and ask the question
Land prices in the estate are very competitive,
other estates smaller lots and higher prices
