Tip smell @ Elements Estate Coffs
Thinking about building at Elememnts Esate Coffs Harbour, but am concerned about the smell from the tip nearby. People who live there, or near Elements, how bad is the stink? How often does it occur? Are you able to step outside fairly comfortably when the smell is present, or is it too bad? Is there anything else I should know?
