"Quiet and friendly"
A quiet cul-de-sac with a mixture of families, professionals and retired couples. Situated in the middle of the suburb, it is a short stroll from the Lake itself. Easy access to the freeway and other major roads. Great access to Murdoch University and several high schools. 3 minute drive from Kardinya Shopping Centre. 10 minutes to Fremantle and 10 minutes to Garden City Shopping Centre. Close proximity to the new Fiona Stanley hospital complex.
