How noisy is novara crescent ? (From trains)

We are thinking of buying there but worried about the noise from the trains primarily but potentially also traffic noise

The coal trains (deisel) at night are noisey. Otherwise the normal electric passenger ones are ok. Like all cityrail lines its fairly frequent
