If you want guiding I found Bee Active above Coles and they do personal training only with clients using the gym anytime

Fit N Fast Five Dock is about 2 minutes from Concord CBD and is quite big. It costs around $15.00 per week for unlimited use which includes classes and swimming pool use.

There are a few good gyms in and around Concord. One being G Fitness at Rhodes and the old Fitness First at Queens Rd, Five Dock
