Absolutely not I'd avoid it like the plage lots of red necks who think they own the place and feral kids breaking in to houses daily

Conder has come out on top with the highest median house price growth year-on-year out of all Canberra suburbs. The growth in Conder and across the Tuggeranong region was being driven by first-home buyers and it is where buyers can get more bang for their buck.

Conder isn't really a good area for first home buyers as propery prices start from the mid 300s for a unit and the mid 400s for a free standing house.
