"Conlan St Great place to live!"
What can I say? Conlan st is a great place to live! Friendly, quite and close to all amenties including: Gateway Motorway, Gateway Bridge, Trains, buses, Airport and Nudgee Baech! There are 1 or 2 particular homes in this street that have taken much pride in thier gardens with 1 that springs to mind at number 13, it would have to be the most well kept garden in the area!! A new estate is being built as we speak and looks to be a nice new lot of homes in stage 2. The only downside is the mozzies in summer, being so close to the wetlands it can be a case of going outside and making sure you have repellent on or risk being bitten alive! A small price to pay for such a lovely area though. We are also close to Doomben races and the beautiful Racecourse rd at Ascot for resturants and nightlife. If you can afford it...BUY HERE!!!!!!!

"Tightly held sought after location"
The homes in this area are just lovely. They were sold by the developers very quickly and if one becomes available they don't seem to take long to be sold. I know a couple of people there that love the easy lifestyle.
