I agree I have friends who live in the area, it's quiet and every one keeps an eye out for each other without being nosy. The waterfront living is affordable and so close to everything.

Yes Kangaroo Ave is a great place to live nice and quiet and so close to everything! With the water and parks just a stroll away! My Parents live in Possum Court and love it there!
