Coombabah, QLD 4216 is located within the Gold Coast local government area, part of the Gold Coast Region in Queensland.
We are looking at moving into Timbertop Terrace off Pine Ridge Road
It is ungated so we are worried about car theft as both our cars would have to be parked outside in the complex.
Next concern is flooding. As it goes downhill into the complex is it prone to flooding.
Any feedback on the area and the street would be really appreciate. Thank you
