Do any parts of Coral Cove flood?

Looking to make the move to the Bundaberg region and coral cove is in the mix. Just wanted to know are there any areas to avoid. We have four kids.

Not that I know of, but you'd better secure all your belongings down. Windiest place I have ever known in Australia and drove me insane!
