"Courtyard Place"
A predominantly rural area, full of trees, bushes and flowering, Courtyard place has a beatuiful atmosphere. Turning in off Hillendale Drive onto Glenbrae Close and taking the first right, Courtyard Place is home to sixteen properties. Built in the late 80's, Courtyard Place offers home with between 550 to 650 sqm land and between 100 to 200 sqm Building Area. I would suggest it would be suitable to young couples looking to start a family.
