"Crouchen Court"
Coming off of Sercial Place, Crouchen Court features a nice fourteen homes. With Conventional homes varying in land size, it can accomodate families of different sizes. A perfect street for Investors due to this.

"Quiet cul-de-sac, friendly neighbours!"
The street is quiet, not much traffic. Right next to walking trail to local park/playground. A minutes walk away from shops/take away/doctors. A minutes drive from Village Shopping Centre. I love this street!
