"A great street with caring neighbours"
Have lived here for over 3 years now and we love it. All of the neighbours on the street are friendly, helpful and keep an eye out for each other. During summer, it is common to see people out jogging and walking their dogs. Everybody takes pride in their homes/gardens and the street is very clean. December becomes exciting as the street lights up with christmas displays and lots of people come for a walk through to have a look. One side of Hillcott avenue backs onto Golden Grove road and at times, the traffic on that road can get a little busy/loud.

Hillcott Avenue is a long street, the homes are closely positioned although they are not small. Front yards are presented well and maintained. Characteristics differ from blue stone to brick, property styles from Conventional to Villa's. Majority of the homes are larger and feature double garage. Very quiet, suitable for just about anyone!
