Reviews of Crawley Road, Narre Warren North
"Good mix of suburbia and country"
All of the blocks in this estate (the original Aranmore Estate) are between 1/2 acres and 1 acre. Used to be a blocked road, but now runs through between Narre North Road and Robinsons Road (making a great short cut via back way to Berwick township).
The street and estate are about 10 years old. Pony club on the corner. Large dam ("Aranmore Lake") at one end, begging to be made into proper parkland (at the moment it's fenced off, but hopefully when the last few blocks sell on the new Brundett Road extension, the land will be handed to council and turned into something good).
Robinson Road end of Crawley Road (past the lake) are very high steep blocks with great views, however the majority of blocks up to this point are flat rectangular blocks.
Some really nice houses have been built here, some amazing places are being constructed down the Robinson Road end.
Very close to Monash Freeway (less than 10 minutes, choice of 4 entries), so 30min to the City (weekend), 45-1hr peak. Eastlink is also close and a good alternative route to the City.
Many shopping centres - Local IGA, Parkhill Plaza in Berwick, Berwick High Street, Fountain Gate, and Endeavour Hills.
Rabbits roam freely in this estate, you will always see them at night.
