"Cremorne has become a vibrant tech hub on the edge of the city."
We have worked here now for two years and have seen both the growth in new startup companies moving here to larger multi nationals. Transport options are numerous with the 70 tram taking you all the way out to Box Hill and the Richmond train getting you anywhere in Melbourne. There are so many dining options, countless pubs and bars. Fantastic for walking the dog. In terms of living here it's mostly nice apartments and the occasional townhouse. It seems to be a mix of young professionals and retirees wanting to downsize. Definitely recommend both living and working in Cremorne.

"Wonderful inner city locaiton close to the Botanic Gardens"
Close to the city there is a lot to like about Cremorne. It is a very short walk into the city for those that need to commute, only 2kms which is an easy walk for just about everyone.
However, if you don’t fancy the walk the area is well service by public transport including the train and tram. With the train line running right through the middle you will get a bit of train noise, however, you can adjust pretty quickly.
There is a real blend of buildings in Cremorne including older houses and modern townhouses.
Being bordered by main roads it is in the midst of a busy area but within the roads it is a great spot… once you get the hang of the one way streets.
