"Wide gumtree lined street. Amazing birdlife."
A few too many student rentals at north end that leave rubbish bins out, park on nature strips, do burn outs at night and do not mow nature strips. Apart from that, great walking tracks (Gardiners creek), many friendly families, 24 hour medical center at top of street, car servicing in close walking distance, short drive to get groceries. Overall nearly perfect
