"Quiet, Leafy Green and Family friendly"
Great for walking- lots of parks, Gardiners Creek Trail and very safe. Great cafes and restaurants close by- favourites include Santuccis, Mr Burton, The Resident, Corainder Thai, Zouz Cafe, Harvest Blend Cafe and Jacked Up Coffee. Woolworths open 24/7 around the corner, High Street Ashburton shopping strip. Great access to the M1, Chadstone Shopping Centre. Good public transport access - trams on Toorak Road, Buses on Warrigal and close to Burwood, Alamein and Ashburton Train Stations. Great parks and sport - tennis courts, football, soccer and cricket clubs close by. Schools include PLC, St Benedicts Primary, Mt Scopus, Ashburton Primary, Ashwood College. Great place to live :-)
