I would highly recommend Susan if you are considering selling a property. Susan coordinated the refurbishment and styling of our Mothers unit with extreme efficiency. Nothing we asked of Susan was too much. She was always pleasant, calm and approachable. And all her hard work ensured we achieved a timely sale at a price we were happy with. "Above and beyond"
My husband and I had been on the apartment hunt for quite some time. Given our location outside Melbourne and the limited availability of inspection slots, it posed quite a challenge. We encountered difficulties with some agents who never returned our calls, making the process seem nearly impossible. However, our luck changed when we discovered a property under Holly and Williams. "The team at Holly and Williams have once again excelled"
The team at Holly and Williams have once again excelled. The motor on the tilt-a-door ceased late on Wednesday night. I was on the phone to the team first thing Thursday and Susan was quick to respond. Before lunch the garage door company was onto me with a time locked in for Friday morning. Mid morning the techo arrived and by 11am problem solved. Everything was no fuss or bother. Thanks Susan. Outstanding service and fantastic result - we recently engaged Susan Holly to sell our Mum's unit. Susan provided incredible service from day one. Susan helped us understand what work we should do to secure the best outcome and then went a step further to project manage the entire process which was very important as we lived in NSW. Nothing was ever too hard. Communication was first class. Ten out of ten!

"2 Years"
Rented a property through Holly and Williams for over 2 years. Had no issues with communications, always a timely reply. Repairs and inspections were always organised quickly and efficiently. Had a very easy exit when it was time to move and I couldn't recommend her more for renting.
