Why is Croydon North rated so low? Seemed like a good area !!
Croydon North, VIC 3136 is located within the Maroondah local government area, part of the Melbourne (Greater) Region in Victoria.
I am looking to buy a house in Croydon North. I looked at some houses today and drove around that area as well. I really liked the area, but just wondering why is it rated so low? Is it just because of no much nightlife or is there something else I am not aware of?

Personally I think it is a nice area with easy access to shopping and nightlife options.
While it might not have as many options in Croydon South as say Croydon or Ringwood, they aren't far at all.
